SAGE Announces SAGE Online 12
SAGE announced the launch of SAGE Online 12, “a significant upgrade” to its industry research and business management software. This latest version includes the debut of a redesigned Presentation Publisher, as well as the updated Virtual Design Studio for SAGE Online.
The upgrade also includes enhanced features for its CRM module, Virtual Design Studio, email templates, integration with QuickBooks Online, and more. David Natinsky, president of SAGE, commented, “We continue to innovate our products and services based on feedback from existing clients. We're really proud of SAGE Online 12 because it’s unlike anything the industry has seen before. It really encompasses our mission to provide a complete business management solution to our customers.”
SAGE Online 12 will be rolling out to all SAGE Total Access and SAGE Online subscribers in the coming weeks, Natinsky said. There is no charge for the upgrade and free training and one-on-one sessions are available. BIC’S Thomsen Honored by Boundless
BIC Graphic announced that Ken Thomsen, national account manager, was honored with an Outstanding Service award from Boundless at its annual Founder’s Circle Sales Meeting last month March.
Five supplier awards were given based on their five core values. Thomsen received one of these awards based on the core value, “contribucate” — a Boundless word that combines the attributes of effectively “contributing” and “communicating” to better the organization and success overall. The awards are voted on by the Boundless sales force.

ETS Express Names New Positions as Part of Company Expansion
ETS Express™ has its new state-of-the-art 152,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing facility in Concord, NC. With the release of this facility, the company has named new key positions as part of this opening and to accommodate for its growth needs.
Derek Hansen has been promoted to vice president of operations. Nick Chipchase has been named the regional sales manager for the Mid-Atlantic territory, joining the company in a full time position. Natalie Isbouts was named Customer Service assistant manager.
