Taylor Corp to Acquire Staples Print Solutions (SPLS)
Taylor Corporation, a North Mankato, MN-based company announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Staples Print Solutions, a division of Staples, Inc (Nasdaq:SPLS). The assets will be acquired by Taylor Communications, Inc., a subsidiary of Taylor Corporation. The parties expect to complete the transaction within the coming months. “Staples and our family of companies have been trusted partners for over 20 years,” said Deb Taylor, CEO of Taylor Corporation. “Throughout this time, we have partnered with Staples to meet the communication needs of their contract and retail business. We are honored that Staples would look to Taylor Communications and entrust us to continue to provide service to their customers and employees.”
