IC Group Continues Growth, Development in Promotional Products with Edge Promos Acquisition

IC Group announced it has acquired promotional products distributor Edge Promos of Draper, UT effective immediately. Edge Promos has combined with IC Group’s Salt Lake City home office, expanding its presence in that market and adding new capabilities in the area of importing and event marketing.

Edge Promos serves a regional client base from their offices in Draper, UT. Edge Promos co-founders Mark Ackerman and Ethan Aylett will remain with IC Group and lend their expertise to enhance IC Group’s growth efforts. Ackerman said, “I look forward to combining our overseas experience with IC Group’s industry and market expertise to create a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts.” Aylett added, “It’s a great match for us and comes at a good time in our development. We are excited to combine the strengths of these two companies to better serve our mutual clients.”
